At 9:50 am on November 3, 2025, the Mojiang County Meteorological Bureau and Mojiang County Water Affairs Bureau jointly issued a Level II warning for the risk of flash floods: it is expected that within the next 24 hours, towns such as Tuantian, Xinfu, Mengnong, Jingxing, and Xin an in Mojiang County will have a high possibility of flash floods (Level III) to high (Level II); Other towns may also experience flash floods due to local short-term heavy rainfall. Please pay attention to real-time monitoring, flood prevention warning, and evacuation measures in all townships.

墨江县气象局、墨江县自然资源局2025年11月3日09时10分联合升级发布地质灾害气象风险Ⅱ级预警：预计未来24小时内，墨江县团田、新抚、孟弄、景星、新安、雅邑等乡镇地质灾害气象风险等级达Ⅱ级（风险高），其余乡镇地质灾害气象风险等级达Ⅲ级(风险较高)。易出现滑坡、泥石流、崩塌等地质灾害，请注意防范。
