桂林市气象台30日10时15分将高温橙色预警信号调整为黄色：预计未来三天市区最高气温将在35度以上，请做好防范。

Description

Guidelines

广西区气象台2025年08月30日09时继续发布台风蓝色预警（海面）：南海热带低压今天08时加强为今年第14号台风“蓝湖”（热带风暴级），8时中心在越南广治省洞海市偏东方向约145公里海面上，北纬17.8度、东经107.9度，中心附近最大风力8级（18米/秒）。预计，“蓝湖”以25-30公里时速向偏西方向移动，强度变化不大，将于今天下午在越南中部沿海登陆，登陆后逐渐减弱。受其影响，30日，北部湾海面大雨到暴雨局地大暴雨，东北风6～7级阵风8～9级；桂南中雨局地大雨或暴雨，沿海6～8级东北阵风。

4. Reinforce doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, and cut off dangerous outdoor power sources.
