海南省气象局2026年07月01日09时30分发布台风四级预警：南海热带扰动已于7月1日上午发展为热带低压，1日08时在距离海南省琼海市东偏南方向约1020公里的南海东部海面上（北纬14.2度、东经118.5度），中心附近最大风力有7级（15米/秒），预计，该热带低压将以每小时20～25公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，将于2日加强为编号台风，逐渐趋向海南岛东部沿海，强度可达强热带风暴级或台风级。受其影响，7月1日～4日，海南省自东向西有一次强风雨天气过程，提醒海上作业平台及过往船只迅速做好避风准备。
