广西区气象台2026年07月03日09时00分将台风蓝色预警提升为黄色:南海热带低压3日凌晨加强为第10号台风“美莎克”(热带风暴级),08时位于海南陵水偏南方135公里的南海海面。预计,“美莎克”以每小时10-15公里向西北方移动,强度有所加强,3日白天在海南三亚到琼海一带登陆,穿过海南后移入北部湾,4日晚上在广西沿海和越南北部沿海再次登陆。受其影响,3日下午至4日,北部湾海面旋转风8~9级阵风10~11级,有暴雨局地特大暴雨;沿海平均风7~8级阵风9~10级,桂南平均风6~7级阵风8~9级。
