At 11:00 am on December 1, 2025, the Jinan Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for a cold wave: affected by strong cold air, it is expected that from the 1st to the 3rd, all streets in Lixia District, Shizhong District, Huaiyin District, Tianqiao District, Licheng District, Nanshan District and Qidian District of our city will experience cold wave weather. The temperature has significantly decreased, reaching its lowest point on the morning of the 3rd. The temperature is around -9 ℃ in Nanshan District and Qidian District, and around -4 ℃ in Lixia District, Shizhong District, Huaiyin District, Tianqiao District, and Licheng District. In addition, there was a strong north wind during the day on the 2nd, with an average wind speed of 3-4 levels and gusts of 6-7 levels. In some mountainous areas, the wind could reach up to 8 levels.
