河北省气象台2026年10月13日15时58分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计14日白天，张家口、承德、保定西北部有西到西南风4到5级，阵风6到8级；14日中午到夜间，唐山南部、秦皇岛、沧州东部、衡水东部、邢台东部、邯郸东部以及渤海海域和沿海地区有偏南风4到5级，阵风6到7级，局地阵风可达8级。请注意防范。
