Cold Wave Blue Warning Signal: It is expected that the lowest temperature in Longgang District will drop by 8 ℃ to 10 ℃ from November 30th to December 1st. The lowest temperature on the morning of December 2nd and 3rd will be -14 ℃ to -12 ℃; On November 30th, the northerly winds in Longgang District and the northern Bohai Sea were 5 to 6 levels, with gusts of 7 to 9 levels.
