Strong Wind Blue Warning Signal: It is expected that from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on the 1st, there will be a northerly wind of level 6 and gusts of level 7 to 8 in the northern Bohai Sea, which will affect the waters and shipping routes near Panjin.
