The Baisha County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal at 12:16 on October 19, 2025: Due to the influence of convective cloud clusters, lightning activity may occur in various towns and villages in our county from 12:16 to 18:00 on the 19th, and lightning disasters may occur. It is recommended that relevant units and personnel take preventive measures.

海南省气象局2025年10月19日10时30分发布台风四级预警（海上）：今年第24号台风“风神”（热带风暴级）于昨天（18日）傍晚在菲律宾吕宋岛东南沿海登陆（18米/秒），19日08时其中心位于北纬14.0度、东经121.4度，也就是在菲律宾吕宋岛上，中心附近最大风力8级（20米/秒）。预计，“风神”将以每小时30～35公里的速度向西北方向移动，19日傍晚前后进入南海东部海面，强度逐渐加强，最强可达强热带风暴级或台风级（30～35米/秒，11～12级）；21日白天开始受南下冷空气影响，在南海北部海面转向西南方向移动，向海南岛东南部海面靠近，强度逐渐减弱。受“风神”和冷空气共同影响，19日夜间～23日白天，南海中部和北部海面风力自东向西逐渐增大到11～13级；20日夜间～23日白天，本岛东部和南部海面、西沙群岛附近海面风力9～10级、阵风11～13级；21日～23日，琼州海峡风力7～8级、阵风9～10级，海南岛东半部地区有较强风雨天气，各地气温明显下降。提醒海上作业平台及过往船只迅速做好避风准备，有关部门加强渔船管理，提前做好琼州海峡通航安排，加强沿海陆地交通疏导、旅游安全管理工作。
