At 9:36 on July 15, 2025, the Beihai Meteorological Observatory issued the orange warning signal of rainstorm in Haicheng District and Yinhai District: At present, there are heavy rain clouds developing on the sea surface in the southwest of Beihai City and moving towards the northeast and gradually approaching the city s coast. It is expected that 30-70mm heavy rainfall will occur in Haicheng District and Yinhai District in the next three hours, accompanied by lightning and short-time gales. The meteorological risks of urban and rural waterlogging and geological disasters are large, so please pay attention to prevention.
