新晃县气象台2026年4月6日8时5分升级暴雨预警信号为橙色：过去2小时新晃县林冲镇等乡镇降雨量已达50毫米，预计新晃县未来1小时降雨量10～20毫米，累计雨量将达60毫米以上，并伴随雷电等强对流天气，致灾风险高，请加强防范。
