At 11:16 am on July 15, 2025, the Weicheng District Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a high temperature red warning signal: it is expected that the highest temperature in the following areas will rise above 40 ℃ in the next 24 hours: Zhongshan Street Office, Xinxing Street Office, Weiyang Street Office, and Wenhui Road Street Office. Please pay attention to prevention.

Description

The maximum temperature will rise above 40°C within 24 hours.

1. Relevant departments and units shall take emergency measures to prevent heatstroke and reduce temperature in accordance with their duties;

2. Stop outdoor operations (except for special industries);

3. Take protective measures for the elderly, the weak, the sick, and the young;

4. Relevant departments and units should pay special attention to fire prevention.

陕西省农业农村厅发布农业气象风险橙色预警

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅7月14日14时30分联合发布苹果、猕猴桃、玉米和大豆高温灾害风险预警：预计7月14日至19日，关中平原大部、陕南河谷地带、陕北黄河沿线有35℃以上高温天气，局地可达37℃～40℃。陕北黄河沿线，关中北部苹果高温热害风险较高（黄色预警），关中中北部苹果高温热害风险高（橙色预警）。关中猕猴桃种植区高温热害风险高（橙色预警），汉中、安康盆地猕猴桃高温热害风险较高（黄色预警），其中15-16日安康中部局地风险高（橙色预警）。陕北黄河沿线、关中北部、汉中和安康盆地玉米、大豆高温热害风险较高（黄色预警），关中中部、安康盆地局地玉米、大豆高温热害风险高（橙色预警）。建议苹果种植区酌情采取灌溉、果园覆草、树体喷水等措施，减少土壤水分蒸发，降低园内温度，预防果实灼伤。猕猴桃种植区加强果园水分管理，灌溉、喷雾增湿降温多措并举，调节果园小气候；或搭建遮阳网减轻阳光直射，降低果面和果园冠层温度，减少叶面蒸腾。大豆、玉米种植区酌情采取灌水措施，保持田间空气湿度；或在灌水的同时采取增施钾肥、减少植株蒸腾损失的措施来提高水分利用率，增强作物自身抗性。
