河北省气象台2025年10月16日16时54分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：受蒙古国东移南下冷空气影响，17-18日，张家口、承德、保定西北部最低气温持续下降10～14℃，局地下降14℃以上，上述地区达到寒潮标准；其他大部分地区下降5～8℃。18-19日，最低气温保定、廊坊以北地区降至-5～4℃，有霜冻，其中张家口北部、承德北部降至-10～-6℃，其他地区降至5～9℃。请注意防范。
