At 18:29 on August 29, 2025, Suqian Meteorological Station issued a yellow warning signal for rainstorm: it is expected that there will be more than 50mm precipitation in some townships (towns and streets) of Sucheng District, Suyu District, Hubin New Area, Economic Development Zone, Yanghe New Area, Susu Industrial Park, Shuyang County, Siyang County, and Sihong County from today to tomorrow, and the hourly rainfall intensity can reach 30-70mm. The local area will be accompanied by 7-9 thunderstorms. The municipal emergency bureau (disaster reduction office), water conservancy bureau, and meteorological bureau jointly remind to take precautions.
