At 00:24 on June 20, 2026, the Taicang Meteorological Observatory issued a strong convective yellow warning signal: it is expected that most districts and towns (streets) in our city (especially Huangjing Town, Shaxi Town, Fuqiao Town, and Port Area) will experience lightning activity tonight, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall of 20 millimeters or more per hour and strong convective weather such as 7-9 level thunderstorm winds. The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, Water Affairs Bureau, and Meteorological Bureau remind people to pay attention to prevention.
