At 5:20 am on September 30, 2026, the Harbin Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that there will be gusts of 6-7 levels in the main urban area and various districts and counties (cities) of Harbin during the daytime of September 30 and October 1. The highest temperature will drop by 8-10 ℃ compared to September 29, and the highest temperature in most parts of the city on October 1 will be 8-12 ℃. Please pay attention to prevention.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
