双湖县气象局发布大风黄色预警

西藏自治区双湖县气象台12月22日18时30分发布大风黄色预警信号：预计22日20时至23日20时，我县及各乡镇有8级以上大风，其中措折罗玛镇、协德乡、多玛乡、巴岭乡最大风力将达9至10级，期间易出现扬沙、浮尘天气，请加强防范。防御措施：1. 大风天气将对供暖、供电、供水、通讯、户外广告牌及临时搭建物等设施带来不利影响，相关部门需采取防范措施；2.受大风天气影响，请做好通讯电路、户外悬挂物等的隐患排查及加固工作；3.牧区牲畜需就近放牧，以免在大风天气走失走散，同时需紧固好牲畜棚圈，以免被大风毁损；4.大风、浮尘及扬沙天气将导致道路能见度降低，对道路交通安全有不利影响，需注意防范；5.请做好草原及城镇重点防御场所火灾隐患点的排查，同时做好草原防风防火工作。
