新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年8月30日12时39分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计31日凌晨至9月1日白天，北疆大部、东疆和喀什地区、克州、阿克苏地区、巴州等地的部分区域先后有7～8级西北阵风，风口阵风13级左右，南疆盆地东部有8级左右偏东阵风，上述局部区域伴有沙尘天气，请加强防范。
