At 13:05 on August 30, 2025, the Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that gusts of around 8 levels will occur in most areas of Bortala from this afternoon to tomorrow night, with gusts of 10 to 11 levels in most of the hot spring mountainous areas, the surrounding areas of Sailimu Lake, the southeastern mountainous areas and shallow mountain belts of Jinghe River, and the line from Alashankou to Abihu and Toto Town. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
