新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2026年8月31日15时30分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天夜间到9月3日白天，北疆大部、南疆西部、巴州北部、吐鲁番市、哈密市等地的部分区域先后有7级西北阵风，风口风力11级左右，东疆风口阵风13～14级，上述局部区域伴有短时扬沙或沙尘暴。2日午后到3日白天，南疆盆地中东部有7～8级偏东阵风，盆地部分区域有不同程度沙尘。请加强防范。
