At 17:30 on March 3, the meteorological observatory of Naqu City, Xizang, issued a yellow gale warning signal: it is expected that from 23:00 on March 3 to 11:00 on April 4, there will be a wide range of gale weather in our city. Among them, the maximum wind force in some towns and villages in the six counties above Nima, Shuanghu, Suoxian, Baqing, Anduo, and Nierong can reach 10 to 12 degrees, which is prone to sand blowing and floating dust weather. Defense measures: 1. Strong winds and sandstorms have adverse effects on transportation such as railways and highways, as well as power and communication facilities. Relevant departments should take defense measures to ensure safety; 2. Strengthen outdoor temporary structures and hanging objects to prevent wind damage; 3. Pastoral areas near dangerous areas such as rivers and lakes are not suitable for grazing.
