新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年9月3日12时0分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天午后至明天白天，昌吉州东部、喀什地区、克州、阿克苏地区、巴州北部、吐鲁番市、哈密市等地的部分区域有7级左右西北阵风，风口风力10～11级，阵风12级；南疆盆地中东部有7级左右偏东阵风；上述局部区域伴有沙尘天气，请加强防范。
