新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年9月9日15时10分发布雷电黄色预警信号：预计今天午后至夜间，博州、塔城地区、阿勒泰地区、克拉玛依市、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州、阿克苏地区、巴州北部、吐鲁番市北部山区、哈密市等地的局部区域发生雷电活动的可能性较大，局地伴有短时强降水、8级及以上雷暴大风、冰雹等强对流天气，请加强防范。

新疆维吾尔自治区气象台2025年9月9日10时2分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天白天至夜间，博州、塔城地区、克拉玛依市、乌鲁木齐市、昌吉州东部、克州、阿克苏地区、巴州北部、吐鲁番市、哈密市等地的部分区域有7级左右西北阵风，风口风力9～10级，阵风11级，请加强防范。

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
