At 22:33 on January 18, 2026, the Meteorological Observatory of Lingao County issued a yellow warning signal for heavy fog: there may be fog with visibility less than 500 meters in Bolian Town, Bohou Town, Huangtong Town, Duowen Town, Heshe Town, Jialai Town, and Lincheng Town on the 19th from 03:00 to 09:00, which will affect vehicles passing through the West Ring Expressway (from Jinjin to Meitai in Lingao County). Description
Fog with visibility less than 500 meters may appear within 12 hours, or fog with visibility less than 500 meters and greater than or equal to 200 meters may have appeared and will continue.
