淮安区气象台2025年12月01日18时41分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：受强冷空气影响，预计2-4日我区各镇（街道）48小时最低气温将下降8～9℃，3-4日早晨最低气温-3℃左右，有冰冻。冷空气影响期间，将伴有6级左右偏北大风。区应急局、区气象局联合提醒注意防范。
