At 10:10 on January 15, 2026, the Hongshan District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: affected by cold air, it is expected that the minimum temperature in Hongshan District will drop by more than 8 ℃ in the next 48 hours. On the morning of January 17, the minimum temperature in Hongshan District will drop to -22 ℃. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention.

Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
