At 12:01 on May 31, 2026, the Tonghua Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds [level IV/general]. It is expected that in the next 24 hours, there will be southwest winds of 5-6 levels in Dongchang District, Erdaojiang District, Tonghua Pharmaceutical High tech Development Zone, and Jilin Tonghua Land Port Economic Development Zone, with instantaneous wind speeds reaching 7 levels. The Municipal Emergency Bureau and the Municipal Meteorological Observatory jointly remind people to pay attention to wind prevention, fire prevention, and dust prevention work. Please stay away from temporary structures such as sheds and billboards when traveling, and be careful of falling objects from high places.
