兰州市气象台2026年03月16日19时38分发布道路结冰黄色预警信号：受前期和今天夜间降雪叠加影响，预计3月17日凌晨至夜间，城关、七里河、西固、安宁、红古、榆中、皋兰、永登及兰州新区的村镇乡道、盘山公路及高海拔路段仍将受积雪或道路结冰影响，请注意防范对交通安全的不利影响。
