Haibei Meteorological Observatory issues blue warning for cold wave

At 11:00 on January 28th, the Haibei Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for a cold wave: it is expected that a cold wave will occur in Menyuan County and Qilian County from 8:00 on January 29th to 8:00 on January 30th, with temperatures dropping by 8-10 ℃ and locally reaching 12 ℃. From the night of the 28th to the 30th, there will be light snow and above level precipitation (0.1-4.0 millimeters) in most parts of our state, with moderate snow (2.5-4.0 millimeters) in Menyuan. During the process, Haiyan and Gangcha experienced a 5-6 level westerly wind with gusts of up to 7 levels, while Menyuan and Qilian experienced a 4-5 level westerly wind.
