At 08:50 on February 16, 2026, Xiahe County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that within 24 hours, there will be road icing in our county s Labrang Town, Wanggeertang Town, Amudehu Town, Quao Township, Tanggaong Township, Zhayou Township, Bora Town, Jicang Township, Sangke Town, Ganjia Town, Damai Township, Madang Town, and Kecai Town, which will have adverse effects on traffic. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
