北辰区气象台于2026年04月03日22时10分将陆地大风黄色预警信号降级为蓝色预警信号：目前我区所有镇街仍有西北风4-5级阵风6-7级，今天后半夜至明天上午大风天气短暂停歇，但明天中午至前半夜仍将有西南风4-5级阵风6-7级，请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。

Description
