柘城县气象台2025年9月11日9时37分将暴雨黄色预警信号升级为暴雨橙色预警信号：过去3小时，我县安平镇降水量已达50mm以上，预计未来3小时，我县申桥乡、李原乡、皇集乡等乡镇和街道降水量将达50毫米以上，请注意防范强降水带来的城市内涝等次生灾害风险。
