郑州市气象台2026年8月12日5时29分继续发布暴雨橙色预警信号：目前，二七区局地累计雨量已达150毫米以上，经开区局地累计雨量已达180毫米以上。预计未来3小时降水仍将持续，郑州市主城区、上街区、航空港区等全部乡镇和街道有20-30毫米的降水，局地最大累计降水量可达200毫米以上，请注意防范强降雨引发的山洪、地质灾害和城市内涝等次生灾害。防御指南：1．相应区域进入暴雨紧急防御状态，政府及相关部门按照职责及预案做好暴雨应急工作。2．受暴雨洪涝威胁的危险地带应停课、停业(除特殊行业外)、停止集会，采取专门措施保护在校学生、幼儿和上班人员的安全。3．居民应注意收听、收看、查询暴雨最新动态；减少出行，关好门窗，地处低洼区域要采取有效措施防止洪水进屋。4．行驶车辆应当尽量绕开积水路段及下沉式立交桥，避免穿越水浸道路，避免将车辆停放在低洼易涝等危险区域，如遇严重水浸等危险情况应立即弃车逃生。5．地下商场、地下停车场、下沉式隧道、易涝点等部位必要时要及时封闭。地铁、隧道、涵洞，公共设施的地下空间，立交桥、下沉式建筑等易积水的低洼区域，必要时要迅速关闭，严防雨水倒灌引发事故。6．景区、公园、游乐场应当停止营业，并对滞留人员采取必要的防范措施。7．注意防范暴雨可能引发的内涝、山洪、滑坡、泥石流等灾害。特别提示：暴雨橙色预警信号解除后，河道周边和危险边坡等次生灾害易发区域的人员仍应注意加强安全防范。

郑州市气象台2026年8月11日22时15分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：受台风外围环流影响，预计未来24小时，中原区、二七区、管城回族区、金水区、上街区、惠济区、经开区、高新区、航空港区、郑东新区所辖乡镇及街道将出现4到5级东北风，阵风7级左右，请注意防范大风天气带来的不利影响。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防大风工作。2.停止高空、水上户外作业。3.关好门窗，加固围板、棚架、广告牌等易被风吹动的搭建物，妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品，遮盖建筑物资。4.行人注意尽量少骑自行车，刮风时不要在广告牌、临时搭建物等下面逗留。5.有关部门和单位注意做好森林等防火工作；街道、社区、村庄和家庭应加强防火意识，适时采取有效措施，消除火灾隐患。6.公园、景区、游乐场等户外场所发出警示信息，做好防护措施。
