At 12:27 on October 17, 2025, the Yintai District Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that the following areas will be affected by strong winds in the next 24 hours, with an average wind force of 4-5 or above (gusts of 6 or above): Chenlu Town, Sanlidong Street, Chengguan Street, Wangshiao Street, Guangyang Town, Yintai Street, Hongtu Town, Azhuang Town, and Jinsuoguan Town. Please take precautions.
Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
Guidelines
1. The government and relevant departments should do a good job of preventing gale in accordance with their duties;
2. Close doors and windows, reinforce hoardings, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by high winds, and cover building materials;
3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;
4. Pedestrians should avoid riding bicycles as much as possible, and do not stay under billboards, temporary structures, etc. when the wind is blowing;
5. Relevant departments and units pay attention to the fire prevention of forests and grasslands.

省自然资源厅联合省气象局2025年10月17日11时42分发布第103期地质灾害气象风险黄色预警：预计10月17日14时-10月18日14时，西安市灞桥区、临潼区、长安区、鄠邑区、蓝田县、周至县，宝鸡市渭滨区、陈仓区、陇县、凤县、太白县，渭南市临渭区、华州区、潼关县、大荔县、华阴市，延安市宝塔区、安塞区、延川县、志丹县、吴起县、甘泉县、富县、洛川县、宜川县、黄龙县、子长市，榆林市大部，汉中市南郑区、城固县、洋县、西乡县、勉县、宁强县、略阳县、镇巴县、佛坪县，安康市大部，商洛市大部发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险较高（黄色预警），各地及有关部门单位要加强巡查排查，落实一线叫应机制，全力做好人员安全转移避险，上述相邻县区也需高度关注。

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅10月14日18时00分联合发布连阴雨和农田渍涝灾害风险预警：预计10月15-17日我省中南部将有中到大雨，局地有暴雨，延安南部、关中大部、陕南西部连阴雨和农田渍涝风险较高（黄色预警），渭南南部局地、西安东南部局地、商洛、安康大部、汉中东南部局地连阴雨和农田渍涝风险高（橙色预警），成熟作物收晒困难，影响秋收、秋播进度和秋粮秋果品质。建议上述地区避雨抢收秋粮和成熟秋果，采取通风存储、烘干等措施，降低秋粮发芽霉变风险;及时排涝降渍，腾茬整地，适时适墒播种。
