Blue warning signal for strong winds: It is expected that from 20:00 on the 8th to 8:00 on the 9th, the southwest wind in the northern Bohai Sea will be level 6, with gusts of level 7 turning to northwest wind level 6, and gusts of level 7. The waters and shipping routes near Panjin will be affected. Please take proactive measures for water operations and passing vessels in relevant waters, such as returning to port for shelter or navigating around. Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
Guidelines
