At 10:30 am on October 19, 2025, Shengsi County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for strong winds: affected by cold air and the peripheral circulation of Typhoon Fengshen, it is expected that all towns and nearby waters in our county will experience a northeasterly wind of level 9 this afternoon, level 9-10 in the evening, and level 10 in the middle of the night. The northeasterly wind will be level 10 tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, gradually weakening to level 9 on the 22nd, level 9 on the 23rd, and level 8 on the 24th. Stop high-altitude and sea related operations as appropriate, and take windproof measures for offshore vessels.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
