At 17:50 on October 21, 2025, the Shangdang District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue frost warning signal for the following areas: Xichi Township, Zhenxing New Area, Donghe Township, Yincheng Town, Xihuo Town, Nansong Town, and Bayi Town. It is expected that the minimum ground temperature in some mountainous areas within the warning zone will drop below 0 ℃ in the next 48 hours, which will have an impact on agriculture.
