At 13:59 on December 13, 2025, the Seda County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Huoxi Township, Nianlong Township, Tazi Township, Yalong Township, Daze Township, Dazhang Township, Kangle Township, Ranchong Township, Keguo Township, Niduo Town, Luoruo Town, Seke Town and other townships in Seda County will be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, with an average wind force of 8 or above or gusts of 9 or above.
