At 13:05 on January 16, 2026, the Ritu County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Due to the influence of high-altitude jet streams, it is expected that from 13:00 on January 17 to 01:00 on January 18, there will be 8-9 level winds with gusts of 10-11 in the northeast (Dongru Township, Quanshui Lake) and southeast (Rebang Township) of our county, and 7-8 level winds with gusts of 9 in other areas; Locally accompanied by sandstorms and floating dust weather, please strengthen prevention measures. Defense guidelines: 1. Strengthen wind prevention work, properly place outdoor items that are easily affected by strong winds, fasten doors, windows, enclosures, sheds, and temporary structures to prevent damage; 2.
