At 11:40 am on October 18, 2025, the Putuo District Meteorological Observatory in Zhoushan City updated and issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: due to the influence of cold air, it is expected that the northeast wind along the Putuo coast and all towns (streets) and functional areas will increase from level 9 to level 9-10 this afternoon, and weaken to level 9 at night. Influenced by another cold air and the peripheral circulation of Typhoon Fengshen, the northeast wind will reach level 8 tomorrow, level 9 at noon tomorrow, level 9-10 tomorrow evening, level 10 tomorrow night, and level 10 the day after tomorrow. Please stop high-altitude and sea related operations as appropriate, and take windproof measures for offshore vessels.
