浦北县气象台9月15日16时37分发布暴雨橙色预警信号：过去1小时浦北县小江街道已出现36毫米强降雨，目前强降雨云团向西北方向移动，预计未来3小时浦北县小江、江城、三合、北通、福旺、官垌、寨圩、龙门、安石、张黄等乡镇将有20-40毫米、局地50毫米以上强降雨，并伴有雷电和短时大风，山洪地质灾害和城乡积涝气象风险大，请做好防范。
