The Chongqing Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Command, Chongqing Emergency Management Bureau, Chongqing Forestry Bureau, and Chongqing Meteorological Bureau jointly issued the "Forest and Grassland Fire Orange Warning Signal" at 10:00 am on July 16, 2025. Our city s Shapingba, Dadukou, Jiangbei, Jiulongpo, Nan an, Liangjiang New Area, High tech Zone, Yubei, Beibei, Banan, Tongnan, Hechuan, Dazu, Tongliang, Bishan, Rongchang, Yongchuan, Jiangjin, Qijiang, Wansheng Economic Development Zone, Nanchuan, Changshou, Dianjiang, Fuling, Fengdu, Zhongxian, Liangping, Wanzhou, Kaizhou, Chengkou, Yunyang, Fengjie, Wuxi, Wushan, Wulong, Pengshui, Shizhu, Qianjiang, Youyang, Xiushan and other places have experienced high or extremely high forest and grassland fire danger meteorological levels. It is expected that from July 16th to 19th, the above-mentioned districts and counties will continue to have high or extremely high forest and grassland fire risk meteorological levels, with a high risk of forest and grassland fires.

南川区气象台2025年7月16日9时10分继续发布“高温橙色预警信号”,预计16日至18日,太平场镇、南平镇、南城街道、东城街道、西城街道、水江镇、鸣玉镇、大观镇等乡镇(街道)海拔600米以下地区,日最高气温将升至37℃以上。
