At 15:36 on October 16, 2025, Nanchong Meteorological Station issued a blue rainstorm warning: it is expected that there will be heavy rain to rainstorm (30-70mm) in three districts, Yilong, Yingshan and Peng an under the jurisdiction of the city today night to tomorrow day, with the maximum hourly rainfall of 20-40mm, and moderate to heavy rain in other places.
