At 9:18 am on June 27, 2026, the Maitreya Meteorological Observatory and the Maitreya Natural Resources Bureau jointly issued a Level III geological hazard meteorological risk warning: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, the geological hazard meteorological risk level of towns (streets) such as Taiping, Dongfeng, Xi er, Xisan, Xinshao, and Dongshan in our city will be Level III (higher risk). Please strengthen safety inspections of geological hazards in areas prone to geological hazards, reservoir dams, construction projects, primary and secondary schools, transportation arteries, and scenic spots, and do a good job in preventing geological hazards such as flash floods, landslides, mudslides, and mountain collapses.
