Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Meteorological Observatory issues yellow warning for other meteorological disasters

At 18:00 on August 31, 2025, the Yanbian Water Resources Bureau and Yanbian Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a yellow warning for meteorological risks of flash floods: it is expected that in the next 12 hours, there is a high possibility of flash floods occurring in the southern part of Antu County, northern part of Helong City, northwestern part of Longjing City, most of Yanji City, northern part of Tumen City, eastern part of Wangqing County, and northeastern part of Hunchun City in our province. The State Water Resources Bureau and the State Meteorological Bureau jointly remind all counties (cities) to pay attention to real-time monitoring, flood prevention warning, and evacuation and risk avoidance measures.
