At 20:54 on October 28, 2025, the Lingcheng District Meteorological Observatory changed the orange warning signal for heavy fog issued at 18:01 on October 28, 2025 to a red warning signal for heavy fog: It is expected that from tonight to tomorrow morning, all towns and streets in our district will experience heavy fog with visibility less than 50 meters. Please take precautions.

Description

Fog with a visibility of less than 50 meters may appear within 2 hours, or fog with a visibility of less than 50 meters has appeared and will continue.

Guidelines

1. Relevant departments and units do well in anti-fog emergency work according to their duties;

2. Relevant units shall take timely traffic safety control measures in accordance with industry regulations, such as the suspension of aircraft take-off and landing at the airport, the temporary closure of expressways, and the temporary suspension of ferry services;
