At 19:26 on February 4, 2026, the Lianyungang District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: Due to strong cold air, it is expected that the lowest temperature in most streets (townships), Lianyungang Port Area, and Lianyungang Development Zone in our district will drop by 7-8 ℃ within 48 hours from May to July. The lowest temperature in the morning of the 7th will be around -4 ℃. During the period of cold air influence, there will be northerly winds of 5-7 levels on land and 7-9 levels near the sea. The district meteorological bureau and emergency bureau jointly remind people to pay attention to prevention.
