德阳市气象台2025年07月18日15时48分发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计7月18日20时到19日20时，我市中西部地区有一次强降雨天气过程，绵竹、什邡、罗江、旌阳、广汉5区（市、县）和中江西部有大雨到暴雨，绵竹、什邡个别地方有大暴雨，累计雨量40到90毫米，个别地方可达120毫米以上，最大小时雨强50到80毫米。降雨时伴有雷电、阵性大风等强对流天气。请加强山洪、地质灾害、中小河流洪水和城镇内涝等次生灾害防御。
