At 16:20 on July 15, Hunchun Water Conservancy Bureau and Hunchun Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a blue warning of meteorological risk of mountain torrents: according to the rainfall situation and forecast analysis, the rainfall in Fangchuan Village, Jingxin Town, our city will reach the magnitude of rainstorm, and mountain torrents may occur. 珲春市气象台7月15日15时35分发布暴雨黄色预警信号：目前，我市敬信镇防川景区累计降雨量已经达30毫米，且其中1小时降雨量达20毫米。预计未来6小时，以上区域降水量将达50毫米或以上。市应急管理局、市气象局联合提醒广大群众和有关单位注意做好预防工作。 防御指南： 1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防暴雨工作； 2.交通管理部门应当根据路况在强降雨路段采取交通管制措施，在积水路段实行交通引导； 3.切断低洼地带有危险的室外电源，暂停在空旷地方的户外作业，转移危险地带人员和危房居民到安全场所避雨； 4.检查城市、农田、鱼塘排水系统，采取必要的排涝措施； 5.做好水库、堤坝的安全巡查和加固。
