At 08:12 on September 9, 2025, the meteorological observatory of Hongta District changed and released the rainstorm blue warning signal: 66.9mm precipitation occurred at Luohe Station in the past 6 hours, and 62.1mm precipitation occurred at Dayingjie Station. It is estimated that Luohe, Dayingjie, Chunhe, Xiaoshiqiao, Beicheng and other villages (streets) in Hongta District will continue to be affected by rainstorm in the next 12 hours. Please prevent possible waterlogging, mountain torrents, and geological disasters.
